The Rolex Boutique Long's Boston opened its doors in April of 2021 and offers a unique experience in a sprawling environment exclusive to Rolex. Our two-story, 4,600 square foot boutique is located on the acclaimed Back Bay shopping destination - 8 Newbury Street in Boston.

At our Newbury boutique, customers enjoy a two-story, open-air lounge, visuals of Boston's historic Public Gardens, and brickwork reflecting Back Bay's old world aesthetic. Chandeliers hang overhead, and classic Rolex photographs of timepieces and ambassadors decorate the walls. Impeccable detail and design come together for a truly unique experience.

Long's is proud to be part of Rolex's global service network with Rolex-trained and tested watchmakers on site. At the boutique, Long's offers service consultations that begin with an examination of the timepiece and an explanation of how a Rolex service benefits each watch. Many of our guests have owned a Rolex for decades or even generations - and we enjoy keeping those timepieces working in excellent condition.
